Chocolate and hazelnut brownies

75g plain chocolate

85g butter

200g caster sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

75g plain flour

50g crushed hazelnuts

50g chocolate chunks – small

Select Dessert setting on oven and press start to allow pre-heat for 10 mins

Melt Chocolate and butter together in a bowl

Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well together until smooth and slightly running

Pour into prepared cup cake trays until 1/2 -3/4 full

Put into oven, by now the oven should be at 30 mins and bake. Do not allow to overbake.
