150g caster sugar
110g self raising flour
40g cocoa powder
3 med eggs
*Cream butter and sugar together
*Sift flour, cocoa and eggs and mix together
*Pour mixture into cake tin – I used 19″ tin, but programme can take up to 24″ tin
*Select Automatic Programmes and scroll along till cakes and select. (approx 55mins), if using larger tin, move time up to 1.15hrs.
*When ready remove from cake tin and let cool before serving.
I used chocolate icing and sprinkles:-
165g icing sugar
35g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*Mix everything together in a bowl then smooth on or around the cake.
